Market Update for Summit County, CO

The Residential Market: Sales remain flat (down -2%) while he average sold price is up +4.3%.

The number of pending properties has dropped from 476 on October 4th to 334 today in Summit County. The inventory is at record lows with some towns like Dillon having only 15 active residential properties for sale. There are 399 properties for sale throughout Summit County.
